Job's mission

The Senior /Lead, Operations Intelligence Automation (AI/ML Solutions Engineering) leads the strategy, architecture, governance, and deployment of AI capabilities for operations. This role owns the AI portfolio spanning machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI, and ensures measurable value realization at enterprise scale.

What You Will Be Working On

• Define and lead the AI roadmap aligned to operational priorities and enterprise strategy.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality, and Services.
• Oversee architecture, tooling, governance, and scaling standards for AI delivery.
• Lead senior stakeholders in prioritization, investment, and adoption planning.
• Ensure responsible AI, data quality, model governance, and lifecycle management practices are in place.
