Proven specialist experience in Employment and Labour Law. Extensive experience appearing in CCMA proceedings and labour-related litigation. Strong drafting skills relating to legal pleadings, employment contracts, disciplinary policies, and related documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work independently.
