Senior labour attorney

Minimum Requirements LLB Degree (required). LLM specialising in Employment or Labour Law (advantageous). Minimum of 5 years post-admission experience as an Attorney. Proven specialist experience in Employment and Labour Law. Extensive experience appearing in CCMA proceedings and labour-related litigation. Strong drafting skills relating to legal pleadings, employment contracts, disciplinary policies, and related documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work independently. Roles and Responsibilities Employment and Labour Law Advisory Provide specialist legal advice on employment and labour law matters.
