Responsibilities
- Lead labour relations strategy across multiple unionized retail locations.
- Act as the primary advisor on Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, renewals, and administration.
- Demonstrate leadership in multi-union environments.
- Align business goals with union obligations and commitments.
- Develop and execute bargaining strategies, including preparation, proposal development, costing, and risk analysis.
- Serve as ER lead support in most Canadian CBA negotiations alongside VP HR and Director HR support during negotiations.
