Senior L2 Platform Support Engineer — SaaS Ops

GR8_TECH is seeking a skilled L2 technical operations specialist to own investigation and localization of complex platform incidents, ensuring stability and fast resolution for microservice-based SaaS platforms.

You will troubleshoot cross-functional discrepancies, guide junior engineers, and generate high-quality bug reports with full logs and impact summaries. Fluency in English (B1–B2) and Ukrainian or Russian is required.
