Senior L2 App Support Engineer — 24/7 Reliability & RCA

RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS. Nasdaq: CLPS) is seeking an experienced L2 Application Support Engineer to join a dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will provide 24x7 application support, manage production incidents, and ensure system stability.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in L2 Application Support within a production environment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure. This position offers a 12-month renewable contract.
