Senior Job Captain, Retail Architecture & Design (Ottawa)

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination with the consultant team for each phase (Site Planning, Conceptual, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Document, Construction services) to deliver a set of contract documents used for permits and construction.
• Provide AutoCAD/Revit support for the preparation of project documents.
• Utilize company resource groups for design and preparation of design and construction documents.
• Assist the Project Manager with construction services (site visits, review of shop drawings, etc.).
• Perform project code searches and analysis for each project.
• Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of project schedules and review of budgets.
• Provide assistance for submittals to jurisdiction agencies.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and Ware Malcomb team members.
