Senior Java Applications Lead — Agile & DevOps Focus

Dormont Manufacturing is looking for a Development Lead to join their team in Bogotá, Colombia. The role involves leading development initiatives and managing the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, and testing of backend applications mainly in Java (J2EE).

The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering or related fields, and at least 4 years of experience in leading development teams using Agile methodologies. This hybrid position allows for work both virtually and in-person at the company office.
