Senior IT Test Engineering Lead

Link-Worldwide is seeking an IT Staff Test Engineer to establish and lead the testing function within the IT organization in Mexico, Baja California. This role focuses on designing and implementing robust testing frameworks for quality assurance of IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Key responsibilities include leading a team of Test Engineers and defining testing strategies for both off-the-shelf and custom-developed applications.
