Aboitiz Power in the Philippines seeks an experienced System Administration & Platform Management leader to administer physical and virtual servers, OSes, and core infra. You will plan workloads, monitor performance, and mentor staff to sustain high standards.

You will coordinate with NOCC, plant operations, and OT teams; drive security hardening, patching, backup validation, and disaster recovery readiness, while enforcing change control and asset tracking across sites.
