We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Senior IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to end users, including VIPs and senior stakeholders, while taking ownership of the delivery and security of both Windows and Mac systems.

Responsibilities

• Delivering onsite and remote technical support to end users, ensuring quick resolution of issues and providing exceptional service to VIPs and senior stakeholders.
• Recording and monitoring support requests in the helpdesk system (preferably Jira) and adhering to the escalation process.
• Managing Windows and Mac builds to maintain user experiences and security, supporting Windows 11 and Mac OS, and maintaining hardware inventory and device lifecycle.
