Our client is a trusted Managed IT Services provider dedicated to supporting dental professionals with high-quality IT solutions and onsite services. As they continue to expand, they are seeking experienced leaders to help guide their technical teams. We are looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support while leading and mentoring the help desk team.
Immediate Hire
Salary & Schedule
- Salary: $60,000 – $80,000
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Evening phone support (rotational): up to 8:00 PM, shared across the team
- Saturday on-call: once per month (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
