Senior IT Support Lead — Systems & Security Ops

TaskUs in Mexico is seeking a qualified IT Desktop Admin Supervisor to lead Level 2 technical support at our Tijuana site. You will supervise desktop/laptop setup, password resets, patching, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT-related field, 3 years in IT desktop administration or management, strong time/project management, problem-solving, and fluent English. ITIL v3 and ServiceNow are preferred. Willingness to work irregular hours as needed.
