Senior IT Support Engineer – 24x7 Ops & Security

D24 Fintech in Dubai is seeking an IT Support Engineer to manage and support our core IT infrastructure across multiple office locations. You will handle end-user environments, enterprise systems, and act as escalation for complex issues in a fast-paced 24x7 setting.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, Intune, Windows Server, and cloud security.
