Senior IT PM/PO – Data & Performance

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT PM/PO – Data & Performance to lead IT performance monitoring, data‑driven reporting, and financial process optimisation within an international technology environment.

This is a senior functional leadership role combining IT project management, product ownership, PMO, data reporting, financial performance, and stakeholder coordination.

You will lead the IT Data & Performance team, coordinate international stakeholders, manage the backlog, and drive initiatives focused on improving IT financial processes, operational performance, dashboards, KPIs, and decision‑making tools.

The role is not a purely technical data position. It is best suited for someone with a strong background in IT Finance, PMO, transformation projects, performance reporting, and team coordination, who can bring structure, clarity, and impact in a complex multinational environment.
