We’re looking for a Senior IT to own and evolve our IT operations at Lingokids. You’ll work alongside one other IT team member and take direct ownership of day‑to‑day IT work, playing a key role in driving automation and efficiency across the company.
What you’ll do
- Be hands‑on with daily IT operations.
- Run helpdesk support, triage and resolve issues for employees across the company.
- Full employee lifecycle from an IT perspective: manage onboarding (account provisioning, device setup, access grants, tooling walkthroughs) and off‑boarding (account deactivation, access revocation, device recovery, data handling), ensuring a smooth and secure experience at every stage.
- Full device lifecycle (laptops, phones, tablets) including procurement, provisioning, and decommissioning.
