Overview
Process Automation (PA) is a fast‑paced and exciting program that delivers Robotics Automation and Machine Learning capabilities for P&CB. As a member of the program you will perform incident investigations, provision virtual machines, and manage the ongoing maintenance activity of our bots to ensure automations perform at the highest levels of efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Set up and configure virtual machines for automated processes and manage the ongoing bot maintenance activity.
- Review NAS share accesses and create AD groups for new bots.
- Investigate incidents raised by business partners, diagnose issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Provide support for local applications and databases; diagnose and repair computers and network hardware.
