Employment Type: 1-year extendable contract with Softenger Sdn Bhd

Main Responsibilities

• Handle software packages in Configuration Manager/Management (CM) and Intune, and deployment based on AD groups.
• Wrap MSI and .EXE files into scripted solutions (software packages) that meet company requirements.
• Be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to application management based on our service desk ticket system (ServiceNow).
• Engage in dialogue with application users/application owners as well as external vendors if necessary.
• Execute routine Windows patch management and clean up jobs in the client and SCCM environment.
• Support development work and project work within the team on an ad-hoc basis as required.
