Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Requirements

• Associate with over 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Application Support, and Enterprise Systems Administration.
• Strong expertise in application troubleshooting, incident management, user access administration, change/release management, and SLA-driven support operations.
• Experienced in supporting enterprise applications, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, virtualization (Hyper‑V), networking, and security technologies including Fortinet and Cisco.
• Proven track record in coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure high system availability and timely issue resolution.
• Hands‑on knowledge of AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM), automation tools, and ITIL‑based support processes.
• Hands‑on experience in supporting enterprise applications and infrastructure, with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
