Senior IT Desktop Support Engineer - Global VIP User Support

HCLTech in Saltillo is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to partner with IT design teams and L1 Service Desk. You will deliver 24x5 on-site support for desktop and mobility technologies, imaging, and VIP user assistance across locations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows and collaboration tools, maintaining knowledge bases, and adhering to incident processes. A IT/CS degree and 5 years of experience are preferred.
