Senior IP/SoC Pre-Silicon Validation Lead

SkyeChip in Penang, Malaysia seeks an experienced Senior Validation Engineer to lead verification of complex SoC/IP designs. You will define verification strategy, develop verification plans, and drive UVM-based environments to ensure high-quality silicon.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with RTL, firmware and architecture teams, analyze failures, and report progress, coverage, and sign-off readiness.
