Senior iOS Engineer - Design System Lead (Remote)

Compass is seeking a Senior iOS Software Engineer (Contractor through Deel) to lead auditing and evolution of the Design System inside the iOS app. You will guide 20+ developers, shape system design decisions, and drive engineering initiatives across the platform.

You'll work in a startup-like, autonomous team, collaborating with engineering, design and product partners to ship reusable UI components and robust solutions, while maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence.
