Join RBC Investor Services in a key role where you’ll take ownership of client invoicing excellence for billing our clients. You’ll manage data from all systems while driving meaningful improvements to our billing processes and procedures. This is an ideal opportunity to deepen your expertise in billing while collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
What will you do?
- Manage Client Invoicing processes locally: data acquisition, system support, client fee set up, production and controls.
- Develop, implement and maintain initiatives and controls to standardize various processes relating to timely, accurate and complete billing and collection of all client core service fee revenue.
- Manage operational risks linked to the invoicing system, training, and focus on process streamlining to increase quality and efficiency of the invoicing process overall. ...
