Role and Responsibilities

• SOX Compliance
  • Develop an understanding of the business process, including enabling technologies, ensure documentation is up to date and assess relevant risks through the SOX lens.
  • Evaluate controls from a design and operating perspective, design and execute appropriate tests to conclude on operating effectiveness.
  • Manage deficiencies from identification through to remediation and prepare status reports.
  • Participate as a member of a project team to ensure new or changing business processes are SOX compliant at implementation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with control owners and external audit.
