Senior Interior Documenter - Private Residential Projects

Join an interior design team that focuses on detailed, bespoke homes, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and elegant design. The work is largely centred on the technical delivery of luxury residences, where you’d take responsibility for construction documentation and help drive projects forward. This role suits someone who’s comfortable owning detailed project work and wants to take a lead role in delivering complex residential projects from a technical standpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the design team to translate creative visions into detailed, deliverable technical drawings under minimal supervision.
• Manage the full cycle of working drawings,  using AutoCAD
• Coordinate with external contractors for tender documentation and be prepared to respond to RFIs, maintaining project momentum.
