Principal Duties & Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to sit at the core of Etaily's Signal Engine, the AI layer that transforms raw commerce data into strategic decisions.
This is a builder role that sits at the intersection of data fluency and creative intelligence, where you will design the systems that make Etaily's intelligence compounding and proprietary, powering every Growth Strategist and brand engagement across the portfolio.
You will serve as the owner of the AI layer across Acquisition, Retention, Growth, and Advocacy, translating complex datasets into clear, decision-ready insights for business stakeholders.
This person should be deeply confident with technology, managing prompt engineering, LLM workflow development, and agentic workflows to create massive operational leverage.
