Senior Insurance BA & Policy Systems Lead

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Sr Lead Business Analyst in Mexico who will act as a liaison between business partners and the IT team. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in business analysis for P&C Insurance, and will be responsible for developing and documenting business requirements.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with IT staff and business partners. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
