Core responsibilities include:
- Prepare and complete learning materials for AI-related initiatives.
- Review vendor-provided training materials to ensure alignment with ADB quality standards.
- Publish training materials in ADB’s learning management platform.
- Deliver AI Bootcamps and other learning sessions through appropriate delivery methods.
- Provide individual and group coaching sessions.
- Evaluate training results and report on progress.
- When needed, develop an Adoption and Change Management plan, including communication and training plans for assigned approved AI initiatives.
