Senior Instructional Designer - Industrial Training Solutions (RPT)

Cambrian College’s Centre for Smart Mining requires a regular part time Senior Instructional Designer -Industrial Training Solutions.

Note: Internal candidates, as defined by the Part-Time Support Staff Collective Agreement, will be given first consideration.

Reporting to the Manager, the incumbent will coordinate technology-enabled, course design projects that focus on talent gaps in the Canadian mining sector and across industrial sectors with skills profiles that are in-demand or critically under-staffed. The incumbent will also:

• Participate in the development of AODA-compliant courses and learning objectives in online formats compatible with the existing LMS and aligned with appropriate educational technologies
• Participate in the day-to-day running of Corporate Training instructional design projects, including acting as the intake coordinator for instructional design-related requests for service and coordinating deta...
