Senior Instructional Designer

We are building an AI-enabled learning platform for students (Grades 912) covering multiple career pathways and we are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to play a key role in designing high-quality digital courses simulations and project-based learning experiences and to help set instructional standards across the program.

You will work closely with curriculum leads content vendors AI teams and platform teams to ensure pedagogical quality consistency and learner engagement at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the instructional design of digital courses simulations and learning pathways
  
• Translate pathway blueprints and learning outcomes into creator-ready design packs
