Within this role, you will provide technical and operational support to the CMC Connect team and our Institutional client base across the full client lifecycle. This includes pre-sales testing, onboarding, enabling ongoing trading activity, and managing commercial and technical configurations. You will also play a key role in establishing and maintaining connectivity with institutional clients and relevant third-party technology providers.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with the CMC Connect team to support the global technical onboarding of new institutional clients, including user acceptance testing and the launch of new processes, technologies, and products
Gather and understand institutional requirements from both internal and external stakeholders, working with IT and other relevant teams to test and deliver solutions through the full development lifecycle
