Found Description
The Senior Installer installs glass and shelving products at various residential and commercial sites while directing, training, and overseeing a Junior Installer. This position is responsible for driving and overall upkeep of the company vehicle, loading/unloading of products, installation of complex jobs, and ensuring that the product is installed to a high quality and customer service standard resulting in minimal service issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Follow and obey all safety rules
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Safe handling and transport of product
- Complete booked installation demands in a time sensitive environment
- Minimize service issues
- Clean and quality installation of wood and wire products
- Onsite communication as required per job
- Clean and quality installation of glass and mirror products
- Perform service and warranty work on past installs
