Senior Insights & Analytics Manager – 18-month contract

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering on key I&A pillars, including Performance Reporting, Forecasting, Commercial Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness and Incentive Compensation, and Market Research.
• Lead the Performance Reporting process to ensure clear understanding of business performance, market dynamics, and insights across cross‑functional stakeholders and leadership team.
• Build on customer, competitor and performance insights to proactively identify and recommend opportunities to drive performance and inform strategy, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to prioritize and implement actions.
• Directly lead and manage ~2‑4 I&A support resources (including Knowledge Centre team, interns, vendors/consultants) to ensure high-quality and timely reporting deliverables, effective utilization, and develop skilled support of the Canadian business.
