Summary
This position is responsible for arranging, coordinating and overseeing internal and external specialist resources required to support owner oversight of the Residuals Treatment Facility and the planning, design and delivery of biosolids management and resource recovery initiatives as well as ongoing performance optimization and advancement of resource recovery opportunities. The role provides technical leadership in contract management, asset stewardship, regulatory coordination, and project delivery, as well as leading continuous improvement and innovation within the biosolids and resource recovery program, with the overarching objective of protecting public health...
