Senior Injection Molding Engineer — Process & Innovation

HARMAN Automotive is seeking an experienced Injection M Mold Engineer in Ciudad Juárez to support manufacturing and development across divisions. You will lead mold projects, validate processes, and drive improvements in quality and productivity while coordinating equipment startups.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background with 5+ years in plastic injection molding, strong English, and exposure to CQI-23 and IATF 16949 practices.
