Senior Infrastructure / Systems Engineer (Madrid)

What your work will consist of?

• Design and implement end to end IT infrastructure solutions aligned with business requirements, enterprise architecture, and security standards.
• Conduct detailed business and technical analysis to define infrastructure requirements and translate them into architectural designs (HLD/LLD).
• Develop and maintain IT infrastructure architecture standards, patterns, and guidelines across all technology domains.
• Evaluate and recommend new infrastructure technologies to drive performance, resilience, and efficiency.
• Define technology roadmaps, lifecycle management plans, and decommissioning strategies.
• Ensure alignment with global GDELS architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with network, security, cloud, workplace, and operations teams to ensure architectural integrity and successful implementation.
