Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting
- Operation
- Health checks
- Network risk clearance
- Key event assurance
- Customer communication
- On‑call/on‑duty support
- Other tasks as required by AMS department or customer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Core Network projects with major telecom vendors.
- English (Intermediate/Advanced speaking and writing).
- Spanish (Intermediate/Advanced speaking and writing).
