Roles and Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise SaaS platforms, including Datadog, Azure DevOps, and other emerging tools.
- Manage platform access, user roles, permissions, and governance standards.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendor support for incident resolution.
- Provide third-level technical support and ensure compliance with established SLAs and ITIL-aligned processes.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain observability solutions, including agents, integrations, dashboards, monitors, alerts, and log management capabilities.
