We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior IT Support Engineer / 3rd Line Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced technical support, managing complex IT infrastructure projects, implementing cybersecurity solutions, and acting as a key escalation point for internal teams and external clients.
This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, automation, and client-facing support.
Contract term - 12 months, with potential to extend
CTC - 10-13.5 LPA
Work from home/Remote Role
- Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT support to internal users and external clients
