The Role

The Senior Information Systems Analyst serves as a strategic and operational intermediary, connecting end users, the Information Management & Cybersecurity team, and vendor support organizations.

Responsibilities include application support, business analysis, process design, and system configuration for critical platforms such as the Financial Management System, Customer Relationship Management, and Enterprise Resource Planning solutions.

Beyond maintenance, the analyst will drive initiatives to enhance the department’s services and processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization’s technological framework.
