Senior Information Developer/ Technical Writer

We have a need for fast learning writers with a developer s mindset, who are going to work alongside Engineering teams primarily, and also collaborate with L&D and TA. They will create accurate content for internal and external developers, write end-to-end product documentation, and produce engaging technical papers, blogs, etc., which will help encourage developers to write more actively. Additionally, this will provide relevant content for talent engagement through articles on Medium/Linkedin, etc.
They will work alongside L&D to fill the technical product training gaps; the material will be useful for onboarding new employees too. Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of our Product which will help you communicate highly complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
Understand technical concepts and use cases to cover them in depth in the documentation
Be hands-on in terms of trying out the APIs and webhooks using various tools to have a first-hand understandi...
