Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update labour performance metrics
• Lead capacity planning and optimisation efforts
• Support product development with manufacturing insights
• Implement waste reduction and line balancing strategies
• Provide analytical guidance to bolster growth initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 3 to 5+ years in CPG or high-speed manufacturing
