Industrial Engineer III

This role is within Chamberlain Group's Nogales Engineering group. The incumbent is responsible for analyzing, defining, and updating all processes related to material flow in accordance with company procedures, policies, and standards, and for identifying and implementing lean material flow tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain visual aids, Kanban implementation, and calculation for workstations related to material flow.
• Ensure optimal delivery methods to production lines, guaranteeing parts are on time, in the correct container, and in the correct quantity.
• Manage complex tasks or projects such as line balancing, parts presentation, standard work, time-and-motion analysis, PFEP, capacity analysis, manufacturing line layout, and manning calculations.
• Lead and enforce safety rules, participating in EHS or Ergonomics initiatives and serving as a role model for coworkers.
