Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst

As part of our Total Rewards team, you will drive critical compensation initiatives, partnering with business partners and other stakeholders to ensure our programs remain competitive and equitable. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Calculate, manage, and optimize global variable compensation, with a heavy focus on sales teams (commissions, incentives, MBO Plans, SPIFFs, etc.).
• Drive and participate in the job evaluation and description processes, position grading, and ongoing activities related to keeping our Job Framework updated.
• Lead and execute comprehensive benchmarking studies and job pricing analyses to ensure our roles remain globally competitive in terms of compensation and benefits.
• Design and produce comprehensive Total Rewards reports, dashboards and conduct detailed cost analyses across the organization.
