Senior Import & Export Officer

Our client, a Japanese logistics company, is seeking a Senior Import & Export Officer to support its international sales and logistics operations.

• Handle and manage import and export shipments, including documentation and coordination.
• Prepare and process shipping documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor shipment schedules and respond promptly to any delays or urgent issues.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping documents and operational activities.
• Work independently to handle urgent shipments and operational tasks.
