Responsibilities
- Design and execute scalable implementation frameworks and technical best practices for enterprise deployments
- Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from post-sale handoff through go-live readiness
- Lead technical go-live execution including project planning, ERP integrations, and data ingestion coordination
- Partner cross-functionally with Integrations, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success
- Guide customers through AI-driven change and the adoption of automated workflows
