Senior Implementation Consultant - SINGAPORE

Currently, we are hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant to implement our software solutions for new clients in Singapore and worldwide. Candidates must be comfortable with occasional travel, sometimes to unfamiliar parts of the world. This position is primarily a functional consultant role, focusing on client engagement, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and user adoption, rather than deep technical development.

• Managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, including giving expert guidance, aligning deliverables with business objectives, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and issue(s) resolution
• Configure and implement CoreTRM successfully for clients
• Gather, understand and document client requirements
