Senior IBM OpenPages GRC Support Engineer

Global Software Solutions Group seeks an experienced IBM OpenPages Support Engineer located in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in supporting and maintaining IBM OpenPages GRC applications, along with a strong knowledge of troubleshooting and user support.

Key responsibilities include L2/L3 support, application monitoring, and configuration activities, along with creating technical documentation. Experience with Cognos and QlikSense will be considered an advantage.
