We take on complex underground projects and we rely on experienced, professional operators to execute them at a high level. We're hiring a Senior Hydrovac Operator to take a leadership role on our most demanding telecom installations.

Position Overview

As a Senior Operator, you're the standard-setter on site. You bring years of hands‑on hydrovac experience, a thorough understanding of safe excavation around live utilities, and the judgment to handle whatever the ground throws at you. You'll lead by example, mentor junior crew members, and work in close coordination with project management to ensure every excavation is completed safely and on schedule.
