We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter who can own the end to end hiring process, from manpower planning to joining, and help us build a strong, reliable team. You will work closely with founders and department heads to understand requirements, run a structured recruitment process, and ensure that only the right candidates move forward.
Key responsibilities
Talent acquisition
- Own the full recruitment cycle for all roles (tech, creative, marketing, operations, support)
- Discuss requirements with hiring managers, create clear job descriptions and candidate profiles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, institutes and other channels
- Screen applications, shortlist profiles and conduct first level HR interviews
