- At least 5 years of work experience in HR with a manufacturing company
- Knowledge of ESA, OHSA, AODA legislation.
- Proficiency in Workday and Dayforce or similar

Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support to employees and managers, fostering positive employee relations and advising on policies and procedures.
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment and support onboarding, orientation programs, and employee lifecycle activities (including exit interviews).
- Support performance management processes, workplace investigations, and resolution of employee concerns.
- Maintain and administer HR systems and records (e.g., HRIS, payroll, time and attendance), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
