Skills & Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education in HR or equivalent; CHRP an asset.
• At least 5 years of work experience in HR with a manufacturing company
• Knowledge of ESA, OHSA, AODA legislation.
• Proficiency in Workday and Dayforce or similar
• Payroll experience

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to employees and managers, fostering positive employee relations and advising on policies and procedures.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment and support onboarding, orientation programs, and employee lifecycle activities (including exit interviews).
• Support performance management processes, workplace investigations, and resolution of employee concerns.
• Maintain and administer HR systems and records (e.g., HRIS, payroll, time and attendance), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
